CIRA was founded July 27, 2026; our Bylaws were drafted by the Planning Committee and passed by the membership July 31, 2026. 

On August 7, 2026 the membership elected their first board, consisting of four Board members, three At Large members and one Alternate At-Large member. 

We are very excited to have started on this journey and look forward to successful future.
